Stop reading about AI and start understanding it. AI 101: Foundations and Fundamentals is a fast-paced, two-hour session that takes you from “I’ve heard of ChatGPT,” to a working understanding of how artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI are reshaping every business function — from the way your bank flags fraud to the way your marketing team writes campaigns. You’ll leave with clear definitions, real-world examples, a view of where the industry is headed, and a concrete plan to start experimenting with AI tools on day one.
Craig Randall is a Partner at NVSI and a business professor with 18 years of combined teaching experience at the College of Western Idaho and Lewis-Clark State College. His consulting career spans more than two decades and includes partner marketing at Cisco, sales management, and enterprise go-to-market strategy. Craig’s approach bridges the boardroom and the classroom: The trends he tracks for clients become the case studies he teaches to students, and the pedagogical rigor he brings to course design sharpens every training he crafts and delivers. He holds an MBA from the University of La Verne and a BA from Brigham Young University.
We look forward to seeing you there!
The webinar is free to attend and you do not need to have a Microsoft Teams account to join.
