Dana works in HP’s Education organization, where she passionately develops innovative solutions to help young students unlock their potential. She believes when a student unlocks their potential that they build the capacity to become even better for the future. As life, work and technology evolve, curriculum and pedagogy must adapt. HP rewrites the rules with an Education solution that is built for students and educators, and designed for authentic digital learning and meaningful collaboration, featuring the manageability, security, and ease of use you expect in technology. We will explore how HP, Microsoft, and Intel reinvents the Classroom, as well as, how VR, AR and Blended Reality technologies are transforming education across college campuses. In this session you will be joined by Dana Castro, HP Education Manager, to learn about HP’s Education Solutions. You will walk away from this session inspired about HP’s next-generation learning experiences and energized to create meaningful outcomes for your students.

Tracy coordinates technology initiatives and professional development with the integration of technology for the Elizabeth Board of Education. Together with MRA International, Elizabeth Public Schools deployed 17,000 student devices initiating the district’s 1:1 initiative in grades 3 to 12. Today, they are creating an environment of learner centric instructional technology training to faculty, students and administration by using technologies and techniques that are transforming instruction. The district’s technology department is comprised of both instructional and information technology team members who support all district technology initiatives by utilizing different modalities of training, help desk support, transparency and one unified message. Working together, they are achieving a more engaging student experience. Tracy will leverage her expertise to discuss the deployment of training initiatives and innovative strategies in IT to cultivate and support learning in a K-12 environment with 1:1 technology. Tracy has been notably awarded the Milken Educator Award, given to exemplary elementary and secondary school teachers, principals and specialists. She has since held roles as a STEM Educator and Curriculum Coordinator, a Technology Instructional Coach, and a Teach to One Program Educator, offering a wealth of knowledge, expertise and value to our public sector attendees.

David Cittadino is widely renowned for his role as Superintendent of Old Bridge Township Public Schools, with Old Bridge High School ranking among the largest high schools in the state. Maintaining safe learning environments is David’s true priority. He has embarked on numerous campaigns to strengthen the perimeters of the 17 Old Bridge District schools, increase police manpower, and heighten threat intelligence gathering. He has partnered with local, county, and state law enforcement as well as Safe and Sound Schools to provide essential professional development to educational leaders and first responders of Middlesex County. Superintendent Cittadino relies upon over 25 years of urban and suburban education experience as well as public safety involvement to initiate best practices in campus security and forge proactive relationships with law enforcement. Find value in gaining safety and security competency through a keynote that demonstrates technology’s critical role in keeping us safe, while shining light on managing priorities for the future. Learn new ways to protect yourself, your peers, and your environment from outside threats by examining key tactics used for school safety measurements that can be applied in any setting. David’s presentation will expose vital signs of potential threats, risk factors, and fascinating new approaches to effectively implement a secure plan that benefits your students, staff, and community.
